Highcross signs TDG at Crewe

Highcross has agreed a new lease with distribution company TDG on a 212,000 sq ft warehouse in Crewe.

The firm has taken a new five-year lease on the facility at Gateway on the Crewe Gates Farm Industrial Estate, from which it runs a contract for Littlewoods. TDG paid around £3.75/sq ft.

The building was acquired by Highcross three years ago and is located five miles from Junction 16 of the M6. The 9.6-acre site includes extensive floodlit HGV parking, trailer parking and external CCTV.

Anna Main, asset manager at Highcross' northern office comments: "TDG's decision to agree a new lease at Gateway reflects the quality of the accommodation and the convenient location with easy access to the motorway."

Lamont Commercial advised Highcross. TDG was represented by King Sturge.
