Healthcare tech company takes Winsford office
Health Intelligence has signed up for 14,100 sq ft at Unity House in Winsford, taking a 10-year lease on the two-storey office.
The building fronting Road Five at the Winsford Industrial Estate was available at a quoting rent of £6/sq ft, and Health Intelligence has taken the entirety of the building, relocating from its existing base at Saxon House in Sandbach.
The office also has the potential for an expansion, adding up to a further 6,000 sq ft subject to planning permission.
Health Intelligence, which provides analytics and eye screening services to the NHS, was advised by Matthews & Goodman on the move. Legat Owen is also a retained agent for the building.
Steve Brittle, senior associate at Matthews & Goodman, said: “This letting was a perfect solution for both parties. Health Intelligence was able to streamline their operations from two offices into one building and, our client was able to secure a prestigious tenant for a vacant property which was starting to accrue costs.”
Phil Kirby, managing director at Health Intelligence added: “Due to the rapid growth of our company over the past few years, we were in need of a larger head office to accommodate our expanding team. Unity House fits our requirement and we are all looking forward to settling into the building and Winsford in general.”
