Health authority signs up to 3 Piccadilly Place

NHS North West has taken 52,000 sq ft at Carlyle Group and Argent's Piccadilly Place in Manchester.

The regional health authority will pay £25/sq ft for the third, fourth and part of the fifth floor at 3 Piccadilly Place on a ten-year lease with a five-year break.

Lambert Smith Hampton advised NHS North West, while GVA Grimley and Savills advised the landlord.
