Grosvenor has reported strong interest in its three new office buildings within the £1bn Liverpool One development as it prepares to launch a marketing campaign at the end of February.

The three period buildings will provide 35,000 sq ft of office space between them and lettings agents are already receiving a steady flow of calls each week, according to Ed Webb, development surveyor at Grosvenor.

Webb said: "Liverpool One will not just be a retail and leisure destination, it will also be a place to live and work. The provision of 35,000 sq ft of high quality office space will enable companies to work and operate within the largest development of its kind in Europe. It is going to be a great place to do business and we are already seeing major interest in the space on offer."

The offices, all due to be ready for occupation in September, are:

Russell Building; at the junction of School Lane and Peter's Lane, 16,800 sq ft over six floors.
