Go To Doc takes office space at The Forum

Ashtenne has let 7,000 sq ft at The Forum on Tameside Business Park in Manchester to Go To Doc.

The local out-of-hours patient service has taken a new build office space at an annual rent of £75,000.

The Forum offers 25,000 sq ft of new office space.

Paul Boothman, regional manager for Ashtenne, said: "We're building a strong business community here in Denton and remain optimistic about the prospect of further deals in the near future."

Savills advised on the deal.
