GM Pension Fund keeps Activair

Letting agent Savills reported Activair UK, a global supply chain provider, has agreed a new six-year lease on 13,640 sq ft at Roundthorn Industrial Estate, Wythenshawe, Manchester.

Activair UK will pay Greater Manchester Pension Fund an annual rental of £58,652. Activair UK was unrepresented. Savills and JLL are joint agents at Roundthorn Industrial Estate.

Greater Manchester Pension Fund manages the pensions of all past and present council staff of the ten local authorities in the sub-region.
