Gladman snaps up Konica Minolta in Warrington

Printing specialist Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) has signed up for a 5,250 sq ft office at Gladman Developments' Webster Court on a 10-year lease with a five-year break option.
Webster Court, made up of detached and semi-detached office buildings ranging from 2,250 sq ft to 6,100 sq ft, is now 70% full.
Richard Lace at GVA Grimley, joint letting agent with BE group, said: "This deal represents one of the largest transactions in the Warrington market in 2009 and to attract a tenant of the quality of Konica Minolta is testament to the excellent accommodation and competitive terms on offer."
