Genr8 hires project manager from Zerum
The Manchester-based developer has expanded by appointing Kev Le Voi to its senior team.
Le Voi joins Genr8 Developments as senior projects manager from planning consultancy Zerum Consult, where he spent more than three years as associate director.
During his time at Zerum, Le Voi was involved in schemes including UA92, a joint venture scheme between Lancaster University and the Class of 92, and the Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester city centre.
Prior to Zerum, Le Voi worked for Deloitte Real Estate for more than a decade.
Le Voi is the fifth member of Genr8’s development team, joining Lauren Gavaghan, Joel Chandler, Alan Hall, and Matthew Brennan at the firm’s Parsonage office in Manchester.
Le Voi said: “The team at Genr8 is spearheading several major regeneration projects, and has a brilliant pipeline.”
Alan Hall, projects director at Genr8, added: “Kev has worked on some landmark projects in both the delivery and client side of the development process.
“This combination will make him an asset to our team, as we expand our in-house delivery team to take forward our current and future regeneration ambitions.”
Genr8 is the developer of Rochdale’s 200,000 sq ft retail and leisure project, Riverside, where fit-out work is ongoing ahead of a phased opening.
The company was founded in 2008 by partners John Early, Mike Smith and Richard Ingham.
