BLOK Projects has completed the fit-out for the fitness fashion company’s headquarters in NOMA.

Adanola occupies 13,000 sq ft at Dantzic, having signed a 10-year lease last year for two floors in the Hermes-owned office block. Axi Studio provided architectural services to help craft the space.

Tim Entwistle, director of Blok Projects, said his team had been working with Adanola for six months to ensure the fit-out was exactly what the company wanted.

“Like ourselves, Adanola is a relatively young company that has ambitious plans for further growth,” he said. “This new office will help to facilitate that strategy by creating a space that enhances the wellbeing and productivity of its team.”

Adanola chief executive Hyrum Cook, who worked up the vision for the interior design, spoke more about what he was looking for in an office.

“This is a major new chapter in the evolution of our business and we needed to create a space that embodied the innovative spirit of Adanola, which is recognised as a leading brand in the fitness apparel industry,” Cook explained.

“It was essential to us that our new HQ reflected the style and attitude of Adanola and Blok Project, working with Axi Studio, rose to the challenge, leveraging their experience to deliver a space that exceeded expectations.”

BLOK has fit out more than 100,000 sq ft of offices in the past 18 months. Past projects for the company include Dear Sailor and Windmill Green in Manchester, as well as Momentum at Exchange Flags in Liverpool. BLOK has offices in Manchester and London.
