Fresh designs revealed for X1’s The Plaza
X1 is proposing changes to the facade and balconies of the £34m The Plaza development in Manchester, which is currently being built by Forrest.
An application has been submitted to Manchester City Council which shows substantial changes to the building’s planned façade, which was approved in December 2015.
DK Architects has updated the building’s façade and balconies as part of the redesign for the 10-storey building, which will provide 201 homes on Advent Way in Ancoats. Click below to enlarge images.
