Francesca Kearns opens flagship store in Metquarter

Liverpool fashion designer Francesca Kearns is to open a 1,463 sq ft flagship store on the Lower Mall of the Metquarter in Liverpool city centre.
Metquarter is already home to fashion brands including MAC, Hugo Boss, Illamasqua, Kurt Geiger and Armani Exchange.
Three further new tenants are set to move into Metquarter before Christmas.
Columbus UK Real Estate Fund paid £21m to buy the Liverpool retail centre once worth £90m from Irish investors earlier this year.
