Firms named to Conwy housing panel
Cartrefi Conwy Cyfyngedig, a small housing association with 3,700 units in North Wales, has named contractors to a four-year framework for new-build and refurbishment works.
The framework was split into three lots for different sizes of contract to be called off by the Colwyn Bay-based social landlord. The total estimated budget is £10.6m.
Lot 1 has a £2.6m budget and will be used for contracts worth up to £800,000.
The contractors selected were:
