Ex-DTZ director Gardiner joins Matthews & Goodman

Andrew Gardiner has been recruited to head Matthews & Goodman's office agency in Manchester.

Gardiner started in his new post this week after a spell out of work having been made redundant by DTZ in May 2009.

He will work with office agent Rob Peill at M&G's base on Deansgate. M&G clients include ING Real estate, Henry Boot Developments and Opus Land.
