Euro Accessories moves to Sandbach

Euro Accessories has acquired a 40,000 sq ft warehouse in Lodge Road in Sandbach from WHR, acting on behalf of private clients, for £830,000.

Euro Accessories, a concrete reinforcement accessories supplier, is set to relocate to the larger premises as part of its business expansion plan. the business is currently based at Millbuck Way in Springvale Industrial Estate.

Simon Hampson, partner at WHR, said: "Demand for modern, functional buildings such as this warehouse is increasing at a rapid rate with a particular emphasis on construction related business – a sector which appears to be leading the way to a sustained economic recovery.

"There is definitely a more optimistic sentiment within the industrial market, which has continued to improve significantly even in the last six months and a real air of confidence from both occupiers and owners."
