Engineer opens regional office
International civil engineering consultancy Tony Gee & Partners has opened a Manchester office in Magnus' Hanover House.
Acting on behalf of Magnus, Knight Frank signed up Tony Gee to the 15,000 sq ft building in Charlotte Street in the city centre.
Tony Gee has taken 825 sq ft on a three-year lease on the third floor. The new tenant joins Diversity Travel, PPS Group and Brody Lee Kershaw in the building.

Knight Frank and Lambert Smith Hampton are joint agents for the scheme.
