Duchy of Lancaster completes Trafford Park deal

Acting on behalf of the Duchy of Lancaster, WHR Property Consultants has secured a new occupier at Centenary Park in Trafford Park. Beauty Bay is set to occupy a 60,000 sq ft warehouse having taken a 10-year lease at £5.50/sq ft.

Simon Hampson, partner at WHR, said: “This was the final unit to be let on the Park and despite it being fairly complex owing to the tight timescales required by Beauty Bay, which was expanding from its previous unit in Trafford Park, we all worked together to ensure a successful outcome and the deal was completed in less than six weeks.”

Hampson continued: “It is great to see to companies continuing to expand and drive the North West property market in a post Brexit world.”
