Lloyds Bank and Place North West are hosting the lunchtime debate at the Albert Square Chophouse in Manchester on Tuesday 16 June to review and assess development funding across the North West commercial and residential markets. There will be a particular focus on smaller developments in the secondary market, outside the prime city centre institutional field, typically costing from £2m to £20m.

There will be initial presentations from the following two speakers:

  • Glen Wilson, head of property, Lloyds Bank
  • Bill Enevoldson, chief investment officer, Greater Manchester Combined Authority

This will be followed by a Q&A panel debate joined by:

  • Eian Bailey, managing director, Keyworker Homes
  • Nick Lee, managing director, NJL Consulting
  • William Church, director, CBRE, fund manager, Evergreen

The debate will be followed by a hot buffet and drinks provided by the excellent Chophouse kitchen and bar.

There will be key attendees from the North West real estate teams at Lloyds Bank in attendance.

This promises to be an entertaining and informative lunch covering topical issues around development finance, managing recovery, repositioning stalled sites, occupier market and more.
