Deal agreed at Vantage Court

Barnfield Contractors UK has let an office suite totalling 2,024 sq ft at its Vantage Court development at Riverside Business Park in Barrowford, Lancashire.

Computer service firm Solvitech Innovations has agreed on a five year lease for an undisclosed rent.

Chris Turner, from Solvitech Innovations, said: "Our business was previously based in a mix of industrial units with office space but this was proving to be far too restrictive with our ambitious plans for growth."

Other tenants at Vantage Court include PRS-Epos, Clear Square Solutions, Fusive, Cooke Oil and Denwa.

Vantage Court, situated next to Junction 13 on the M65 motorway, totals 35,000 sq ft of self-contained office units varying between 1,500 sq ft and 4,000 sq ft each.

Petty Chartered Surveyors acted on behalf of Barnfield Contractors UK in the deal.
