CWAC tenders for £35m framework

Cheshire West & Chester Council has published a tender for a four year low value construction framework for properties it owns or uses.

The council said the £35m framework will include projects let under a framework agreement that may be of a construct only or a design and construct nature with regards to demolition, development, refurbishment or remodelling of existing properties.

Deadline for submitting tenders is Thursday 23 June.

All potential suppliers to Cheshire West & Chester will need to register with the North West's local authority procurement portal website, The Chest.
