C&W London retail surveyor moves North

Cushman & Wakefield in Manchester has appointed Henry Martin from its London office as senior surveyor in the out of town retail team.
Martin was based in C&W's London office for two years after joining from Winterhill Largo in 2010.
He will work alongside out of town retail partner Andy Hall.
The Manchester team covers all the regions in the North of England and acts on behalf of a number of clients such as Peel, Crown Estates, Land Securities and M&G.
Hall said: "I am pleased to welcome Henry to the team. Originally from Leeds, he has a good understanding of the Northern markets and together with the experience he has gained working in London, he will be a great asset to the team."
The Manchester office of C&W now employs 27 people.
