Crown renews GVA Grimley retainer

Crown Paints has retained GVA Grimley to advise on its 110 Crown Decorating Centres for a further three years. The instruction will be led by the property management consultancy team in Manchester and cover leasing, agency and rating work.
Martin Tucker, associate at GVA Grimley, said: "We have developed an excellent relationship with Crown Paints over the last four years, so we were extremely pleased to hear that we had been retained by the company for a further three years."
Andy Cherry, head of Crown Decorating Centres, commented: "We are very much looking forward to working with GVA Grimley over the next three years on the development of the Crown Decorating Centres – our Crown Paints jewels."
