Colliers reports office double

Colliers CRE has reported two office deals in Eccles and Salford, Greater Manchester.

Source Hire (UK), a new business that provides props to the film and television industries, has taken a five-year lease on the recently refurbished unit 3 at Concept Green Business Park in Eccles. The 2,786 sq ft unit is owned by Broadgate Asset Management. Source Hire is paying £4.50/sq ft with a break option after 18 months.

Colliers CRE also let the 1,921 sq ft unit five at Park House Bridge Estate, Salford, to Fibreglass Products. The premises were let on a five-year lease with flexible exit options from landlord Crescent Management Services.

Fibreglass Products was recently acquired by new owners and vacated previous premises on Pollard Street, Manchester.
