Close Brothers renews Place North partnership

For the third consecutive year, the real estate finance firm has joined forces with Place, doubling down on its bespoke approach to business development.

Close Brothers Property Finance has renewed its long-term Place North partnership following a successful 12 months that have seen the companies collaborate on an overarching marketing strategy, private events, and roundtables.

Over the last two years, Close Brothers has delivered two Tomorrow’s Developer events in Manchester with the support of Place North. The annual event provides advice and insight to the next generation of property professionals looking to break into the housebuilding sector.

The renewed 2024 campaign aims to reaffirm Close Brothers’ position as a leading SME lender.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Place North West and Place North again this year,” said Daniel Joyce, director of property at Close Brothers.

“The relationship we have with the team is invaluable and plays a key part in our business activity in the region. We are looking forward to the events we are involved with this year and making new connections.”

Close Brothers’ fresh 12-month package is tailored to help the business achieve its aims. It features more of what has worked for the firm in the past, including targeted activity around an annual study probing challenges in the housebuilding sector.
