CBRE brings Rapid Hardware site to market

CB Richard Ellis has been appointed to sell the Rapid Hardware premises on Renshaw and Bold Streets in Liverpool city centre as the reatiler prepares to relocate to the former John Lewis store on Church Street.
The premises total 77,000 sq ft with one acre of development land.The site will back onto Merepark and Ballymore's major Central Village area, yet to start on site.
Malcolm Irving, senior director of the CB Richard Ellis North West Retail team, said: "With Liverpool One opening very recently, it is an ideal time for businesses to be located in Liverpool city centre. The Renshaw Street occupiers will reap all the benefits of the city's newly invigorated retail environment."
