Carmel adds JLL to marketing team at Warrington shed

Carmel Investments has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as joint leasing agents alongside Colliers CRE on a 110,000 sq distribution warehouse in Stretton Distribution Centre.

The distribution unit comprises a modern steel portal frame warehouse incorporating two-storey open plan offices and, subject to planning consent, can potentially be expanded by a further 20,000 sq ft.
