Canal Head letting to Mountain Warehouse

Mountain Warehouse has agreed a 10-year lease on Unit 2 at E H Booth & Co's Canal Head development in Ulverston, Cumbria.

The former Heron Glass premises has been refurbished to provide three new retail units on the ground floor and further space at first floor level. Unit 1 is currently under offer leaving just Unit 3 and the first floor available to let.

Robert Pinkus & Co acted on behalf of the landlord.
