Caddick completes for Car People

Caddick Construction has announced the completion of a £6m build project for The Car People on Calver Park Road, Warrington.

Caddick’s North West team, based in Birchwood, started on site in August 2016 with a facility that at 41,441 sq ft is the car dealer’s largest facility to date, with space for 1,700 vehicles.

The project included all associated external works including car display areas, a compound and a servicing area, plus a new access road together with service infrastructure. The dealership has now opened.

Andrew Murray, managing director at Caddick Construction, said: “We’ve successfully delivered dealerships for a number of high profile car companies including BMW and Mini, Vauxhall, Jaguar Land Rover, Seat, Skoda and Porsche.

“The sheer scale of this project made it a really rewarding one to work on and we’re certainly happy with the finished result.”
