Cabfind relocates to 10,000 sq ft at Twelve Quays
Acting on behalf of Avon Capital Estates, commercial property agents Legat Owen and Mason & Partners have signed up Cabfind to 10,500 sq ft at 12 Quays House in Birkenhead on a 10-year lease.
The business travel booking manager relocated from Egerton House in the town to take the refurbished property, which was formerly occupied by the Astro Physics Research Institute, part of Liverpool John Moores University.
Will Sadler, director of office agency at Legat Owen, said: “Following the departure of the previous tenant, Avon took the wise decision to invest in the property to bring it up to an extremely high standard and have been rewarded with this letting, which is one of the largest office deals to have been completed in Birkenhead since 2014.”
