C4 Projects makes Stockton Heath move
Architect, project manager and cost consultant C4 Projects has relocated its 27-strong team from Lymm to the Quayside Building in Stockton Heath.
The multi-disciplinary practice operates across a range of sectors including industrial and logistics, education, office, residential and leisure.
C4 has taken 3,000 sq ft in Quayside on a six-year lease, from landlord Bruntwood. Both tenant and landlord were unrepresented.
The office move coincides with the news that the practice has achieved BIM for design and construction certification from the British Standards Institution, one of the first architectural practices to attain the verification.
Damian Horridge, managing director at C4 Projects, said: “The architectural division is a key area of growth for the company and this verification and new office space will undoubtedly see us grow from strength to strength.”
The Quayside Building is not in Stockton Heath. It’s in Latchford.
Stockton Heath is south of the ship canal and is clearly marked by a sign when you cross the bridge saying ‘Welcome to Stockton Heath’.
Quayside Building is to the north of the canal just off Wilderspool Causeway, which is firmly Latchford.
I reckon C4 want to sound fancy. I can think of a few more firms who do this……
