BSS takes Warrington warehouse
Plumbing trade supplier, BSS Group, has taken a 22,700 sq ft building at Melford Court in Grange, Warrington, with landlord Lancashire County Council Pension Fund.
BSS signed a ten-year lease with a six-year break, at a headline rental of £77,180 a year. The unit comprises a detached single storey warehouse industrial unit with integral two storey offices and a self-contained yard.
The Grange employment area next to Junction 21 of the M6 is home to Castrol Oils and Christian Salvesen.
Rob Taylor, associate at letting agent Knight Frank, said: "The Grange employment area will provide an ideal base for BSS Group to service the Warrington area. To secure a letting on such substantial lease terms is great news, particularly in the current climate, and is testament to the strength of Warrington as a sound business destination."
