Bourmad swaps agency for marketing
Surveyor Daniel Bourmad and marketer Kevin Whitter have joined forces to launch a property marketing agency called Blaze, based in Manchester.
Blaze Marketing will offer clients support with property branding, positioning, disposals as well as providing corporate clients with property-related marketing solutions.
Bourmad explained: "From branding, brochures, digital and online solutions to longer-term strategic campaigns with a spark, we promise to deliver unique results."
Bourmad worked for Chesterton, Donaldsons and Knight Frank, specialising as an office agent. He left Knight Frank after six years in 2011 and spent the past two years advising private landlord PDA Holdings on its Manchester city centre office portfolio.
He added: "At Blaze, our USP is that we undoubtedly understand more of what our clients want and need due to our sector experience. Our knowledge of both sides of our clients' needs, offers unrivalled creativity grounded within solid property business strategy, and gives us the ability to provide valued-added new ideas to the situations they face."
Whitter spent five years at 90 Degrees followed by seven years as creative director of Whale Marketing. Whitter said: "With a wealth of experience working with local, national and international brands, Daniel and I fully understand the needs of our clients, and can fill a much needed gap in this market.
"If a client is looking to brighten sales or sharpen its profile, we are the right path. Our professional, experienced and personal approach will help them blaze that trail."
The pair said Blaze offers the property sector the full spectrum of design-related services including brand identity, advertising campaigns, direct marketing, brochure design & print and web design. Blaze marketing aims to be the go-to company for property agents, landlords and developers requiring a bespoke service enhanced by a deep understanding of their wider goals through years of hands-on experience.
