Bootle office let to support group

Sebel House Group has announced the letting of a 15,000 sq ft property in Sefton to Assist Support Services Group.

Neil Murphy, director of Sebel House Group, said: "This letting further strengthens our faith in the Sefton commercial market. Over the past decade, we have been heavily involved in enhancing empty and redundant buildings in this part of Merseyside through investment and commitment."

Knight Frank acted on behalf of SHG on the letting of the former TSB's IT Centre in Bridle Way, Bootle, which has been empty for two years.

Graham Bowling, partner at Knight Frank Liverpool, added: "We believe this area will become north Liverpool's equivalent to Wavertree Technology Park."
