Aidan Bannon (x)

Aidan Bannon is the estimating director for the North at Glencar. With more than 20 years of estimating experience in construction, Bannon is well placed to present an honest look at the viability of industrial sector projects and the current economic climate impacting their delivery.

Peter Bartley (x)

Peter Bartley is a sustainability manager at AEW Architects. Currently working on Cheadle Eco Business Park, Bartley is an expert on designing net zero carbon buildings and securing high BREEAM ratings. Bartley will weigh in on the initiatives being undertaken to make Cheadle Eco Business Park an industrial inspiration for sustainability in practice.

Dan Burn (x)

Dan Burn is the head of development for the North West and Yorkshire at Panattoni. Burn is responsible for accelerating the company’s land purchase, build-to-suit and spec build programme across both the North West and Yorkshire regions. With 20 years transactional experience, he is well recognised within the market, having been involved in many of the UK’s pre-eminent industrial & logistics schemes.

Catherine Chilvers is a development director at Network Space. She is leading the development of Cheadle Eco Business Park alongside Stockport Council and will speak more about the project and working in partnership.

Henrietta Daniels is an asset manager at Tilstone Partners. Daniels is charged with Warehouse REIT’s 2.75m sq ft North West and Yorkshire portfolio and has a background in chartered surveying.

Andy Lynn (x)

Andrew Lynn is a partner at DTRE. With more than 20 years of experience working in the North West market, Lynn knows the regional industrial scene inside and out. He specialises in representing investors, developers and occupiers, primarily advising on the disposal and acquisition of existing buildings and providing advice on new build logistics schemes.

Andy Pexton is the North West regional director at Harworth. Formerly one of the region’s leading industrial agents, Pexton is now leading the developer’s team here in the North West. Harworth is currently working on industrial projects in St Helens and Bolton.

Paul Richards is the chief executive of Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation. As chief executive, he leads the delivery of both Stockport MDC’s strategic vision and a number of schemes delivering the regeneration of 130 acres to deliver up to 4,000 new homes and 1m sq ft of workspace. Richards will be discussing the council’s ambitious plans for Cheadle Eco Business Park at the event.

Nicola Sharkey (x)

Nicola Sharkey is the head of intelligence and a project director at Gleeds. Sharkey uses market data and research to construct dynamic strategies for the built environment focused on efficiency and innovation. More than just an analyst, she has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry itself. Sharkey will pull both from her experience working on major projects and her research to present a valued viewpoint on how the construction industry can navigate the current economic climate.
