Blackpool trade park fully let

A 22,000 sq ft development of refurbished industrial trade counter units at Vicarage Lane in Blackpool is now fully let, 12 months after its launch, according to agents Robert Pinkus & Co.

The scheme, by Rowan Developments, has attracted Topps Tiles, Screw Fix, Kitchens 4 Less and Planet Kaos. The final unit is currently under offer and is due to complete shortly.

Vicarage Lane is located near junction 4 of the M55 in Blackpool South. Occupiers nearby include Focus, Glynn Webb and Floors to Go, Asda, Allied Carpets, Carpet Right and Storeys.
