Birchwood office fully let

Pin Property Consultancy has completed two deals totalling 11,000 sq ft to take the 58,000 sq ft Rutherford House to full occupancy.

IESA, a procurement and outsourced stores management company, signed for the entire fourth floor of 7,800 sq ft for its new headquarters.

Platform People, a specialist recruitment and consultancy service to the financial services sector, relocated from Thomson House, Birchwood Park to a fully fitted 3,200 sq ft suite at Rutherford House.
