Bidvest takes 200,000 sq ft Trafford Park unit

Biffa Waste Services has sublet Fraser Place in Trafford Park to Bidvest Freight Services.

Bidvest is a logistical and supply chain solutions provider which specialises in the hospitality and restaurant sector. The company has agreed a seven-year sublease for the warehouse, at an annual rent of £988,000.

Fraser Place is located in Electric Park within Trafford Park, where Kellogg's, L'Oreal and Associated British Foods occupy national distribution centres.

Biffa was advised by Savills.

Stuart Murray, industrial director at Savills, said: "With three motorway junctions nearby and Manchester International Freight Terminal situated within the estate, Trafford Park offers an ideal location for major logistics firms such as Bidvest. We are pleased to have secured this high profile subletting on behalf of Biffa Waste Services."
