Beva signs two in Oldham

Beva Investments has secured new occupiers at Vulcan Business Park in Oldham.
Plastics Direct has acquired 20,150 sq ft at a purchase price of £910,000.
Betta Living has agreed a three year lease for 21,722 sq ft at £2.15/sq ft.
Vulcan Business Park is a refurbished warehouse with fully fitted offices close to the A62 Huddersfield Road and fronts Derker Street.
There is 73,000 sq ft of accommodation still available on a freehold or leasehold basis.
Simon Hampson, partner at letting agent WHR, said: "Oldham is an established commercial district and as we continue to see an increase in demand for good quality industrial accommodation in this area, Vulcan Business Park is well positioned to take advantage of this."
