Bethell space taken by dental firm
Integrated Dental Holdings is moving to a new head office in Bolton. IDH will relocate from Sunset Business Park in Kearsley, Bolton to the nearby Europa Park on Stoneclough Road.
The firm is taking the 18,000 sq ft Europa House building on assignment from previous tenant, construction company Bethell. IDH is paying £7.50/sq ft on the remaining ten years of the lease.
The Manchester office of Colliers International advised IDH; Lamb & Swift Commercial in Bolton advised Bethell. The building is owned by a subsidiary of GE Capital. IDH has 450 practices nationwide treating more than 3.5m patients a year.
Rupert Barron, director of offices at Colliers International in Manchester, said: "This is one of the largest office deals in the Bolton area so far this year and we were obviously delighted to facilitate the move for IDH and secure a new home for this increasingly successful business."
