Benson Clarke moves to Spinningfields
Built environment technical recruitment consultancy Benson Clarke has relocated from Whitefield to Spinningfields in central Manchester.
The company, set up in 2010 to provide consultancy services to main contractors, consultancies and client organisations in the construction, property and engineering sectors has taken space in i2 Office's serviced business centre within 3 Hardman Square.
Lee Fallon, founder and managing director of Benson Clarke, said: "The Benson Clarke and Spinningfields brands are perfectly aligned and the estate provided the obvious best choice of location for our new office. 3 Hardman Square provides the perfect base from which to conduct our operations and the ability to facilitate our growth plans."
Michael Ingall, chief executive of Allied London, said: "We are delighted that Benson Clarke have chosen Spinningfields for their new home and the arrival of our latest tenant reflects the continuing ability of the estate to attract high quality professional services providers. This will continue as we move forward with our plans to develop The Cotton Building and One Spinningfields over the following twelve months."
Benson Clarke recruits for a range of positions in disciplines including surveying, project and programme management, operational management, pre-construction, architecture, design and development management for clients throughout the UK.
