Bauhaus 60% let as Brilliant joins new arrivals

The ground floor of Blackrock's Bauhaus offices on Quay Street in Manchester city centre has been let to Brilliant Media.

The 3,555 sq ft floor has been taken on a ten-year lease at £27.50/sq ft and follows deals to Irwin Mitchell and Gazprom at the prominent building.

Leting agent, David Thwaites, associate director at Lambrt Smith Hampton, said: "Following the earlier deals, Bauhaus is now approximately 60% let. The tenants we have attracted are testament to the high quality of the building and we are therefore confident of reporting further lettings shortly."
