Balfour Beatty buys hotel fit-out specialist

Balfour Beatty has acquired Multibuild Hotels & Leisure and Multibuild Interiors, based in Stockport.

The companies were acquired from Multibuild Holdings for £1.9m in an all cash deal.

Balfour Beatty said the new acquisitions give it greater exposure in the leisure and hotel fit-out market. Multibuild customers include Whitbread, Rank and Odeon.
