Arley appoints construction director
Warrington-based house builder Arley Homes has appointed Tony Clayton as its first construction director as it prepares for 'further significant site acquisitions in the coming months'.
Clayton joined from Waco UK and has previously worked at McAlpine, Countryside Properties. He will be responsible for managing construction across Arley's developments in the North West.
Clayton said: "Arley's reputation within the industry is one of quality and craftsmanship, something more and more customers are beginning to appreciate. Arley takes great pride in constructing sustainable family developments of very high quality and part of my role will be to maintain and exceed these standards."
John Cosgrave, managing director of Arley Homes, added: "Tony brings with him a wealth of experience in the construction and house building industry and has a great reputation for delivering quality. He will play an important role in overseeing both Arley's developments currently in progress, and those on the horizon.
"Arley is currently experiencing one of its busiest ever periods of construction, particularly with 135 properties being built at our flagship Duxbury Manor site in Chorley. With two other developments virtually build complete, another two due to start in the coming months and yet more in the pipeline, Tony's appointment comes at a significant moment in Arley's own business development."
