Alliance secures 22-year letting at Trafford
The Property Alliance Group has secured its largest letting of the year at its Trafford Park Bakery site, after vehicle manufacturer MAN Truck & Bus signed a 22-year lease.
The Sandbach-based company will develop its largest national workshop, at 48,000 sq ft, as well as a 20,000 sq ft office building.
Work at the site, where plans for a £15m design and build development have recently been granted, has started, with Russells Construction the main contractor on the scheme.
John Ryan, head of UK network development at MAN, said: "We want to build on the existing strength of our customer support operations for the North West and Manchester markets, and Property Alliance Group's offer in Trafford Park fits our expansion plans perfectly."
