Agents appointed to market Metropolitan House

Targetfollow has appointed agents Colliers CRE and King Sturge to market the 10,000 sq ft Metropolitan House in Old Trafford.
The recently refurbished building extends to 38,000 sq ft in total and forms part of the City Park Development.
St Vincent's Housing Association currently occupies 14,000 sq ft with Metropolitan House.
Rupert Barron, director at Colliers CRE Manchester, said: "The development is ideally placed for both Manchester city centre and Salford Quays and within walking distance of White City Retail Park, and a Metro station."
