AFI takes Preston industrial unit

Tustin has let a 6,000 sq ft unit on Redscar Industrial Estate in Preston to AFI Uplift, a supplier of platforms for aerial work.

Unit C34 has been let at £5.25/sq ft on a ten-year lease. Lambert Smith Hampton advised AFI Uplift. Robert Pinkus & Co. represented Tustin.
