Administrator appoints agents to sell Widnes site

BDO LLP, administrator of Merseyside Coatings, has brought a freehold site on Everite Road, Widnes to market at £995,000.
The property comprises a 22,725 sq ft warehouse on a 4.4 acre secure surfaced site.
The Manchester office of property consultants Sanderson Weatherall have been appointed to handle the sale. Sandersons said the site would appeal to local businesses that have been displaced by the compulsory purchase orders in relation to the new Mersey Gateway Bridge.
Merseyside Coatings is continuing to trade from its other site at Pickerings Road, Widnes.
