Adhan Group buys Buzz Bingo building
The prominent Blackburn investor has further bolstered its holdings in the town with the acquisition of the 33,000 sq ft Ainsworth Street asset.
Bought freehold, the investment property comes complete with 65 parking spaces and a secured 15-year lease to the gaming operator.
The vendor was CBRE Investment Management.
Adhan Group, which in the last six weeks has completed the purchase and subsequent re-letting of India Mill on the edge of Blackburn, said that the deal demonstrates its continued confidence in the North West’s commercial property market.
The Buzz Bingo property, a well-established community fixture, represents a significant addition to the group’s growing list of assets, which includes the town centre Mall shopping centre.
