A-Plant signs for Northern’s industrial units in Cumbria

Northern Trust has let two industrial units on the Bridge End Industrial Estate in Egremont, Cumbria to plant hire supplier A-Plant.

Units 8A and 8B, totalling 4,306 sq ft, were acquired on a three-year lease for an annual rental of £17,600 a year.

Northern Trust was represented by Whittle Jones; Lambert Smith Hampton acted for A-Plant.
