Langtree adds to development team
Property company Langtree has appointed a new development director to keep pace with its growing project portfolio; Neal Biddle joins from Manchester Airports Group.
Biddle spent three years as development manager with MAG. He previously worked with Euro Car Parks and spent six years with Bruntwood, heading sales in Birmingham.
Langtree recently acquired the 1,600-acre Carrington development site in Trafford from Shell and the former 270-acre Parkside Colliery site from Prologis.
As well as assisting with these projects, Biddle will work on existing sites including Sci-Tech Daresbury in Halton.
John Downes, group chief executive, said: "It's great to welcome Neal to the Langtree team. We have made a number of strategic investments in the last 12 months and I'm confident that Neal's experience will be very valuable to the development team and to the success of our development activities going forward."
Nice lad, nice fit.
