BOOK NOW | Invest in Central Lancashire
This special event, in partnership with the Preston, South Ribble and Lancashire Councils, will update attendees on progress three years into the £400m City Deal, and examine Central Lancashire as a place to live, work and do business.
The free half-day conference on Thursday 1 March will showcase key areas of growth, and update delegates on the major developments coming forward in the heart of Lancashire, providing a briefing ahead of the international property exhibition MIPIM, which takes place in Cannes from 12 March.

- The policies and economic influences shaping the Central Lancashire area
- Preston and South Ribble as a place to live, work and do business, including city living, developing skills, and transport connectivity
- A ‘scheme spotlight’, examining the progress and potential of the 160-acre Cuerden site, being delivered in a joint venture between Maple Grove, Brookhouse Group, South Ribble and Lancashire County Council
